Methodological Management: its aim is to apply a system proactive management based on MOF methodologies, Microsoft Operations Framework and ITIL as a guarantee of service quality.Innovation: continuous updating of the environmental technologies and tools to supply more agility and independence to final users.

Raona produced a managed SSII environment, reliable and powerful enough to face any challenges to the business and provided an oriented service quality that provides user autonomy with continuous investment control.
