Our client, Criteria CaixaCorp, is a global investment group headquartered in Spain. Criteria needed a versatile solution to simplify internal communication and to satisfy their complex document management needs.

Collaborating with Microsoft Consulting, Raona delivered a document management intranet solution based on SharePoint Server 2007 and migrated Criteria Caixa Corp from a legacy Documentum system. Collaboration has improved greatly and the new document library now holds over 12 document types with 60 columns.

The project consisted of the following phases:

Analysis:	Gathering requirements and designing the intranet.
Development:	Maximising SharePoint’s Out-of-the-Box functionality and customising the solution using Raona webparts and workflows.
Migration:	Transferring existing documents and their metadata.
Support:	Supporting and training Criteria’s IT Team to meet maintenance needs.
