Reed Exhibitions considered the need for an online platform for the unified management of trade fair delegates.

The platform needed to enable the administration of the different scenarios encountered when holding trade fairs: online registration of delegates, registration management, BackOffice accreditation, monitoring of entry to the fair, and carrying out a detailed analysis of the process.

There was also the need for the integration and automatic synchronisation of the information generated in the different trade fairs into one global data repository.

raona proposed a platform based on development with .NET technology, using the tools and methodology from raona .NET Frameworks, along with the different solutions available on the Microsoft platform.

This approach provided the dynamism required to meet the temporal requirements set by the client. Platform design was studied from the dual perspective of the unification of processes and information and flexibility in adaptation to the specific requirements of each fair.
